Prof.DivyaThankomVarghese, having more than5yrs of professional experience is committed in the area of teaching, research and learning. She is pursuing her (Ph.D.) in Management from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. After completing her MBA with HR as specialisation from Mangalore University, she continues her best bet of interacting and grooming the budding managers.

She has received many Academic Excellence awards and honours like Management Award for “EXEMPLARY PERFORMANCE” from Women’s National Education Society – Mangalore, “MANEL SRINIVAS NAYAK BIRTHDAY ENDOWMENT AWARD”, “CERTIFICATE OF ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE”, and “DIRECTOR’S ROLL OF HONOUR” during Post Graduation and also have won Certificate of Merit and Certificate of Excellence in National Level B-School Meet.

She has presented papers in International Conference, National Level Seminars and State Level Conferences and also published articles in the International Journals. She has also completed various certificate programs in Psychological Counselling from Calicut University, Life skills education training, Assertive Techniques in the workplace and Interpersonal Skills from American Management Association (AMA), Michigan – USA, and a Central Government Training Certificate on Export Documentation and Procedure from Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Govt. of India.

She is an active member in various committees handling different responsibilities in the Institution. Her areas of interest include Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Principles of Management, Strategic Management, Organisation Behaviour, and Entrepreneurship Development Programme.
