Prof.Bharath Raj Shetty a Graduate in Business management, has two master degrees, MSW and MBA, Specializing in Human Resource Management. Also holds a Graduate Diploma in marketing and advertising. Currently submitted his PhD thesis in Management to Jain University. Mr. Shetty has Industry, Academic and Consultancy experience. He has worked in public sector for about two decades and served in various, Middle and Senior Managerial Level Positions in the areas of HR, Administration, Marketing and Legal and retired as Southern zonal Head. For the past 10 years, He has been associated with Management Consultancy Firm in the area of HR consultancy and HR Audit and conducted several leadership Training and Workshops, for reputed Corporate. He is in the teaching line from 2007 onwards in Reputed B Schools across Bangalore. He had also published several articles in National and International journals and participated in conferences at the level of National, International and Southern Asian Regional level.He secured first rank and the Recipient of state award, for his post graduate studies ( MSW – 1983),for Mangalore University and has been felicitated by the State government. Further he has conducted Research Studies in the Areas of HR, covering topics of Job Satisfaction & Motivation. He is also a member of National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) Bangalore Chapter. He is also associated with NGO’s and worked for social causes.
