Dr.Sounderarajan.R has total of more than 45 years working experience which includes 39 years of Industry Experience in various areas such as IT, Standards, Management Audit, Finance, Consultancy, Training, Company secretary and academic participation/ expert interaction with MBA institutes, CA, CS and ICWA. Held top management position for more than 20 Years, and interacted with board, ministry, stock exchanges, SEBI. He is a PhD Guide for Mysore university in Management. Presently he is guiding 6 students in management in the area of finance, marketing and HR. Worked in various management institutes as senior professor and handled Finance, Law, Corporate Governance, marketing and Ethics. He was a Faculty, paper setter, evaluator for ICWA, CS and CA, during industry working as an expert from industry in the area of company law, IT, EDP Audit.
