In his earlier career, Srinivasan has operated at CEO level in Service sector. He is currently the Managing Director of RENOVATE INDIA CONSULTING ENGINEERS PVT LTD which is into PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.

After excelling in engineering, he completed his MBA –Marketing, then his post graduate in Personnel Management and Industrial relations. He firmly believes that learning is a continual process which does not end with formal education. He is currently pursuing Doctorate – PhD in “Entrepreneur Burnout Recovery and Business Continuity”

He has presented and published many articles on entrepreneurship in various national and international conferences.
